Beginner's Arm Workout

Hello, hello!

As promised, here is my beginner's arm workout that you can do at home! That's right, no gym is needed, just a set of dumbbells (mine were £5.99 from Tesco, that's cheaper than a gym membership!).

Before attempting this workout, make sure that you warm up!

My steps to an effective warmup are:


  • Running on the spot for five minutes.
  • 20 jumping jacks 
  • Stretch! (Stretch everything! You don't want to injure yourself) 


I usually do reps of twenty, however, if I'm feeling good, I'll push it to forty. If you're just starting out, don't feel like you have to do twenty immediately. Go at your own pace and you'll soon see a difference!
